MONDAY NIGHT MADNESS
Select the winner correctly and you get the point for the win and an additional
bonus point added to your weekly total... Get this pick wrong and not only do you
not get the win, but a penalty point will be deducted from your weekly total.
    Weekly tie breaker points only come into effect if two or more players finish
    tied with the most wins for the week, in this event we will break the tie by
    choosing total points scored for both teams combined for Mondays game..
    The player closest to the total score without going over will receive a bonus
    point. In the case that one player finishes the week with a higher total of wins
    ( for that week ) that player will receive the bonus point. In the event that two
    or more players tie & both players select the same score, both players will
    receive the bonus point.
This will submit your selections & bring
up a screen to print as your "receipt"
This will clear all entries on the
form & allow you to start over.
